Our Return Policy
THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON USED, INSTALLED, ELECTRICAL, OR SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS.
THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS.
- We cannot sell used safety equipment. If you’re not certain if the item you are ordering meets any of the above criteria, please give us a call. For all other returns, you may call 1-888-900-3864 within 30 days after receiving your purchase for a Return Authorization Number.
- All returned items must be unused, non-installed, and in new condition.
- Refunds, excluding shipping and handling, will be issued for items returned within 30 days.
- Items returned after 30 days will only be given store credit.
- Shipping and handling are not refundable with the exception of extreme circumstances (determined by RacingSafetyWarehouse.com).
- Electrical items are non-returnable.
- Special order items are not returnable.
- If you are not certain if the item you are ordering is a special order item, feel free to give us a call.
- All non-defective returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Send the items (you are responsible for shipping) back to us along with a copy of the original invoice.

**WE OFFER FREE STANDARD SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $100.00** (DOES NOT APPLY TO ORDERS SHIPPING TO HAWAII, ALASKA, PUERTO RICO, US VIRGIN ISLANDS, OR GUAM)
We ship via FedEx (Ground, Next Day, 2nd Day, etc). You will be notified via e-mail (providing you supplied a valid e-mail address that is not blocked or filtered) when your order has shipped. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be e-mailed to you.
CREDIT CARD ORDERS CAN ONLY BE SHIPPED TO THE BILLING ADDRESS of the
credit card for all first time orders. 30 days after the first order has been shipped and
received, we can ship to other locations, such as your place of work address provided you
are using the same credit card as your first order.
All orders are shipped and delivered on business days only (Monday-Friday). If you were to
place an order for Next Day Air on a Friday before the shipping cut off, the package would be
delivered the next business day which would be Monday. If you order AFTER the cut off time
on Friday, the order would be shipped Next Day Air on Monday, and be delivered on Tuesday.
It is impossible for either the factory or us to stock every known color combination for every product. If your selection is not a stock item for either us or the factory, it will have to be SPECIAL ORDERED. For SPECIAL ORDER items, it typically takes 14-21 days for special order items to be produced. If you order other items with one special order item, we will ship the in stock items as soon as your order is placed.
Note: If you order a special order item, and choose Next Day Air or another expedited service, the item will be shipped out Next Day Air or otherwise, AFTER the 2-3 week production time.
Where We Don't Ship
We do not ship internationally. We only ship within the United States and its territories.
